Where in the World have we been?

I have been missing from the blogosphere for the last 11 days.  Our family took a trip of a lifetime to Disneyworld!  I have been up since 2:30 am our time and should be tucked into my nice warm bed not thinking about the school busses not running tomorrow with a -44 expected in the morning.  But, I have too many things on my mind.  An amazing 11 days of memories with Pat's side of the family celebrating his parent's retirement!  I am overwhelmed by how lucky we are.

The whole Sask crew at the gates to the Magic Kingdom.

Some very proud Grandparents and Excited Kids!
This was one of my favourite images from the trip.  So wiped after a fun filled and magical day at Disney this little princess still wearing her "Mickey Mouse gloves" and her glasses, passed out in her bed for the night. Not even enough energy to take off her glasses she told me she was using the gloves as a pillow! Lots and Lots and Lots more pictures to share later.......

While we were at the park we heard on the news that the Chilean miners that were rescued after 69 days underground would be celebrating a family vacation to the park.  I shot this image of the media coverage that abc news was doing of them on Main Street Disney.  It was amazing to think our family was celebrating with a group of people that had nearly lost everything and how grateful we should be for every minute we are lucky enough to spend with the people we love. We watched the parade at 3 on main street in the warmest sun of the trip.  Such a fitting end to a magical vacation!
