Fashion Styles for 2011-Hot Hair Trends for Moms

Here is the first in a series of fashion tips for moms.  If you know someone who is looking for a fabulous, fresh new look for the new year feel free to pass this informative, instructional video on. The wedding pic in the video is from the rehearsal I didn't wear jeans to our wedding.

The recipe for double sauce puffed wheat.  There is never the right sauce to puff ratio so I doubled the recipe and it is just right. I love any recipe with butter and sugar so I can eat just that.

Puffed Wheat Squares
Place your hair in a "mom bun" so you don't get hair in the cake.

10 cups puffed wheat
1 cup corn syrup
4tsp. cocoa
2 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla

Pour puffed wheat into large bowl.  In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil and continue to boil for 1 minute.  Let mixture cool slightly.  Add Vanilla, stir.  Move saucepan off the burner and let cool from boiling to warm before pouring over cereal.  Pour over puffed wheat.  Mix well.  Spread into a buttered 9x13 pan.  Cool. Cut into squares.

This cake is great because you can eat big spoon fulls before it cools and then just press down the cake so no one knows how much you ate before they go home from school!  Enjoy
