Take a break from the cake. September seems like a good time for new beginnings and I am hoping we can focus more on eating healthy! Here is a quick and easy recipe from my ultra fabulous fellow pregnant friend Carie. My kids love eggs so this is so handy. Take 1 or 2 eggs and a splash of milk. Whip it all up in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.

Voila a perfect round eggy creation! Apparantely I am not the finest food photographer because it tasted much better than it looks.
